I haven't thought too much about it (we bought the tickets 100 years ago), but doing a quick read around Blogland today, bloggers are starting to air their angst about it; what to wear being the primary concern for most.
Not being too fussed about my appearance, I have a different problem.
What to name the blogger?
Do you think I can introduce myself as MultipleMum?
Will you be miffed if I don't blow my cover and reveal my actual name?
If I can't be MultipleMum, what do you think I should call myself for the day?

That's a tough one. Go with whatever feels right.
I am (quite spontanously) planning to go to a Brisbane Blogger meetup this weekend. i actually just thought the exact same thing. Although I like my blog's name, I can't really say 'hi, I'm suburp' and my wordpress registration is under a pseudonym. But if I start giving my real name away, it could be all over the internet in no time, something I really would like to avoid. Hm.
(My webanoia is somewhat founded in experiences both on and offline. I just don't want it to make me NOT go either.. )
'Multiple Mum' is a bit of a mouthful - maybe shorten it to 'M' - plus added bonus of sounding a bit James Bondish...street cred!

EmEm. Or do you have a nickname? A non searchable one perhaps? Or go daring and actually use your real name?
I agree with Lucy - An unsearchable name, or if daring then your real name. Multiple Mum is going to be hard to call out drunk across the dancefloor ;)
Sister C?? Makes you sound very cool. And mysterious.
I say go with your gut instinct
(or, use your middle name if it isn't too daggy!)
I agree with Sister A and would go with Sister C. Although it will be hard for you to socialise under a pseudonym. Perhaps a nickname will be more comfy for you? I think MultipleMum is fine, as that's what you comment as ... makes sense to be consistent.
I am watching the whole thing with interest. I'm not going, but am interested to see what people get out of the experience.
I am not going to the conference, but if I were, I'd have no problem calling you MultipleMum.
I.m having the same problem!! What have you decided?
I love the "M" suggestion. Nothing wrong with a little bit of Bond...
hmmm, tough one, but you could really be anyone at all, couldn't you? got any favorite names you have always imagined you would like to be called?
Could make things fun?!
failing that, i would go with sister c!
We are missing out, all of us who are not able to make the conference will be left in the dark when all "real" names are revealed!
Gill xo
I never put it together until now that you are the alphabet sisters!! If only brother had been a D!
I like M, wouldnt sound silly when you say it as it sounds like you are just saying, Em (Emma, Emily...).
No, sorry -- You HAVE to be MultipleMum...LOL What is your real name? :P
Do what feels comfortable, I am sure no one will mind if you don't reveal your name. Mystery is a good thing, keeps life interesting!
I'm not fussed about the clothes either. Whatever is avail (and ironed) I'll be wearing!
I've been wondering about the anon bloggers too, to be honest.
If you're really not comfy using your real name, I like the M suggestion too. People might assume you're Emma!
Whatever feels right. (Personally I'm worried I'll actually refere to people as their Twitter or Blog names anyway, so will prob call you Multiple Mum!)
Ooh, I don't know...but I DO know I'm so jealous of your conference...how FUN!!! Hope you have a blast and get some great inspiration! Can't wait to hear about it! :)
I reckon you can totally call yourself MultipleMum... you could call yourself Hairy Harry for all I care, it will still be fun to meet you!
Sister A has since reminded me that when she registered us she used my real name. It will be on my name tag. There goes the mystery!
Signed, MultipleMum, M, Em, Hairy Harry, The Coo, Chris xx
