Weekend Rewind - The 'zero comment' edition

Have you got any posts in your archives that you think were pretty good, but that didn't receive a single comment? Maybe you were very new to blogging? Maybe the timing of the post was wrong? Maybe it just didn't reach the 'right' audience? Well, this week's Weekend Rewind is the place to give that post another spin.

So, link up your most underrated post for some new comment love. A post with no comments. How hard can that be to find in the archives?

So if you are prepared to get started, the rules of this meme remain the same each week. All you have to do is become my friend, if we are not already acquainted, then link up a relevant post from your archives and get reading and commenting. The more comments the merrier. And don't forget to Tweet, Facebook and/or Stumble your favourites to share the joy with other readers. Try to add a link back to me in your posts so that  we can expand the reach of the Weekend Rewind.

Here is mine... Climbing mountains

Now show us yours...

Great idea and the chance to dust something off. Thank you!

I swear you can read my mind! It's my first month of blogging so I should be stoked to get any comments at all but my last post didn't get any and I have been thinking about it. Maybe I went too far off track or maybe readers simply prefer to read about the crazy antics of my kids instead of seeing random photos of wildlife. I thought the animals were cute. Or maybe I should avoid drinking prior to posting it, the subject matter may be improved then!! Great idea!!

Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong! I read everyone's everything and tried to comment. BTW--i loved them all! However, sometimes, the pull down menu doesn't have the option where I can choose how to comment. Each one is different. I love this theme though. Thanks as a always, Mum! Your comments always make me smile. Love your blog!

What a great theme! I'm still fairly new so there were plenty of options but it was fun revisiting them!

You amaze me every week, you keep coming up with great ideas! I think the post I linked received no comments because it was in a long line of posts about the same topic; Owner building our house. Lesson learnt, space out posts keep a variety going. Still I was thrilled about this post as it was a huge milestone for us, the joining of our small house to our big/new house, the two shall become one.

For some reason I can't see any of the links to read others. Not sure why but I am getting comments so it is obviously working somewhere! I will trace back some of my comments and comment there instead!

There are some problems with Blogger I think A Farmer's Wife (I am having the same problem!) and Mr Linky is taking a little nap from midnight Central Time for a couple of hours (not sure what that equates to in my part of the world). Can only suggest that you try again??? Thanks for attempting to join in anyway :-) x

Such a good idea for this weeks rewind!

I trawled back and came across one of my very first ever posts. I loved writing it.

I loved re-visiting too - so even if if never gets a comment, I am still glad it's there...

Hi MM, thanks for doing this Rewind, good idea. Lots of people read my posts on Sydney places but no-one leaves a comment, hardly ever. I think bloggy people don't read them, the people who do find them via Google and aren't the type who comment.

The poor old posts feel lonely!!
