Food Patrol Giveaway winner...

Thanks so much for all of you who entered the giveaway. You were all full of amazing advice for weight loss and I have included a list of some of my favourites below:

  • Track your food intake
  • Everything in moderation
  • Watch what you eat at night
  • Eat 'clean' food - if it didn't grow like that, it shouldn't be on your plate!
  • Look after yourself first, you deserve it
  • Eat better, move more.
  • Save sugar for special occasions.
  • Drink lots of water
  • Stop eating junk food!!!
  • Detoxing kick starts the weightloss - like a 48hr detox (no longer or you'll get icky headaches!)
  • Dress for exercise everyday when possible (ie. weekends, home days) - down to sports shoes. It makes you feel healthy & ready for any incremental exercise!
  • Don't have any 'naughty' food in the house!

I will be back with regular blogging once I nip the BAS for my hubby's business in the bud!

They are great tips! Week Four of Bootcamp and I'm still going and enjoying it, so that's got to be a good thing!

Ooohhh YAY!! How exciting! Thanks MM! I was saying to my sister the other day that I want to slim down by her wedding later this year!
